Angela Aux: Common Space Incidents

„Common Space Incidents“ is the official debut-album of singer and instrumentalist Angela Aux.

Songtitles and lyrics are based on several interesting things all around space and time, men and machines and the question, whether angst of error is error itself.

„Common Space Incidents“ ranges from 60ies folk to neopsych soundcollages but features experimental hiphop and electronic as well. Some loop ways end up somewhere among trash pop, spoken word and blippop - as space is the place for every kind of things.

Konsumprodukt, a project of Spanish based Alejandro Remeseiro, brings you a wild mixture of Spanish electronic extravaganza.
"Rumbero elegante" is obviously influenced by the styles and rhythms of Alejandros home country in the first place, but he adds some wicked twists and turns that clearly show his special view on music.
OUT NOW:
[laridae047]

DRIL - Ctor

After his debut "Run Stop EP", released on hippocamp in 2008, DRIL aka Tony Williams returns with an eight track mini album on laridae.at

Ctor or constructor denotes an adjustment from the previous form. Composed over a three week period in winter 2008, the album features analog melodies over broken electro beats, flavoured with elements of idm and early industrial. A sort of dark, omnipresent 80s flair grounds these 8 cold and abstract pieces of oldschool music.
New month - new release: laridae co-founder Herwig Holzmann is back with a brandnew album under his main moniker "Photophob". Winterstrand - To Be The Odd One Out

Our newest release is a mini-album by Winterstrand, a fruitful collaboration of three brothers from southern Austria, not only sharing the same genes, but evidently also the same love for what they call "soundscapes, heavy breaks and relaxed (but never loungy) rhythms". Being very commited to the Austrian scene and pleasing their fans with a bunch of experienced live shows, they now decided to release their newest album "To Be The Odd One Out" on laridae. Thanks a lot!
Here comes a fresh new release that will probably please those of you, who liked our rock/indietronic influenced releases by iambic2 or microtonner:

ROOFTOP ACCESS - Easy Glistening

As "Modex", Rob Curulli produced some very well acclaimed IDM/Ambient releases for netlabels like Binkcrsh, Retropublik and well yeah, laridae. Now he is part of the Post Rock formation ROOFTOP ACCESS, along with Daniel di Rado, Ash Wheeler, Sam Hurst and Luke Slater. Together they now present you their very first EP "Easy Glistening", an astonishing piece of music, combining Labradford-like guitar work with electronic beats, sad pianos, epic soundwalls and last but not least: decent songwriting.
Name: Firnwald
Class: Bard
Skills: Beat Trickery, Conjur Soundscapes, Guitar, Noises, Clicks&Bleeps
laridae is proud to present a full length release by XboT7, the bad twin brother of one of austria`s most versatile (but almost unknown) electronic music acts. with his tracks, XboT7 has earned the fame as merciless, but still funky torturer of helpless audiowaves, reliably hard, brutal and bizarre, located somewhere between industrial, drum&bass and noise. now laridae makes the works of this great artist available to a broader audience.

Laridae News 2005-10-04 (photophob)

beitegeuze, laridae`s silent hero, is back with his second release "mein liebchen". hardware fetishism meets retro nostalgia and merges together to form a mini album, that can hardly be compared to other net-releases. because beitegeuze is one of the few artists in the scene, who has really managed to build up a style of his own, aside from most popular trends in modern electronic music. on "mein liebchen", he continued this strategy consequently and produced 5 tracks between ambient, retro-electronic, avantgarde and boc-like idm, accompanied by 3 remixes by microtonner, kelvin raah and firnwald. download now!
go www.laridae.at
